Tis’ the season of bountiful harvest, where many a gardens are over-flowing with produce and prompting the question “what do we do with all of this?!”
As the old proverb says - necessity is the mother of invention - so to make use of all of these dang pears we’re resurrecting a past favorite : THE PEAR NECESSITIES
Herbal base (olive oil, garlic, and herbs)
Mozzarella
Bacon
Sun-dried tomato
Red onion
Balsamic marinated pears
Blue cheese crumbles
Available every day during the month of September, by the slice and full pie.

SOUTHERN INSPIRED

BBQ PULLED PORK MAC: Creamy mac and cheese topped with mozzarella, BBQ pulled pork and drizzled with a hickory smoked BBQ sauce

CAJUN GUMBO starts with a dark roux etouffee style sauce. Topped with mozzarella, andouille sausage, gulf shrimp, and fresh green onion.

NASHVILLE HOT CHICKEN: Garlic cream sauce topped with crispy chicken tenders, dill pickle chips, a sweet creamy southern slaw and a drizzle of spicy Nashville hot sauce.
