March 2026 Monthly: Corned Beef and Cabbage
The rumor has it that at the end of the rainbow is a pot of gold. Well, we took a look for ourselves and it turns out it’s actually a pot of mustard-shallot cream sauce! So naturally, we took it and made the Corned Beef & Cabbage pizza. Built on a rich mustard-shallot cream sauce with mozzarella, tender corned beef, sautéed cabbage, and Irish white cheddar, it’s finished with a cool dill cream drizzle that ties everything together. This resurrected favorite is back just in time for St. Paddy’s day, and is available by the slice or whole pie all month long — but only while March lasts.

THE DUDE: Ranch base, mozzarella, chicken, bacon, cheddar, flaming hot cheeto dust.
